Just for the record: No one, not even a bombed girl in a sketchy bar wearing slutty clothes deserves to be harassed or raped. And yet, practically, that kind of behavior and dress attracts the wrong kind of guy. Is there fault implied? Yes. With the harasser and rapist, always.
