Fire Up the Ire - Or the Harley

Where did the statement below come from? I wanted my idealistic 21-year-old daughter to know that I agreed with her completely. She is bravely and admirably striking out against injustices of all sorts. We've discussed these things at a handful of dinners in the last month, and at almost 52, I've gone soft on injustice. She does fire up my ire and open my eyes to bad stuff in our world that I've put in the "Can't do anything about that," pile, "so, I'll have another glass of fine cabernet!

Ironically, we started this discussion while waiting for her brother to get to his birthday dinner. He was just about two hours late because he was buying a Harley, but that's another blog.

For the record, neither daughter wears slutty clothes or gets bombed in sketchy bars (as far as I know). Devin however does hang at the Library, notoriously sketchy according to Mary. He says it's because they sell dollar beers and have great TV's.
